A naked stunt in Te Kuiti has earned an 18 year old man a $400 dollar fine.
Shane Burton rode a motorcycle, (a kids 50 cc moto x bike) ed naked and with no lights on, in Ward St. and Haines tce area ( the places they knew of) ed on August 19, as a dare for a snow board. (Cheers Tsunami Curl)
However, the stunt came unstuck when he was spotted by police. (after being mooned hahahahaha clap clap clap clap) ed
Burton appeared, fully clothed, in Te Kuiti district court last thursday - he admitted failing to stop for police and driving while disqualified.
In addition to the fine ,Burton was disqualified from driving for a further six months and ordered to pay court costs.
Judge Robert Wolff said Burton would have been "very distracting" to other motorists.
"The police could've laid a number of other charges based on your lack of clothing" he said.
(The police never found the second naked moto x rider\gunman behind the grassy knoll... but its not rocket science to figure that one out.) ed
